CZPT Taper Lock Bush

The Taper Lock bush is a locking system commonly employed in CZPT Transmission CZPT s for locating pulleys, sprockets, and couplings to shafts. The Taper Lock bush is pre-bored and keyed to match the required shaft and keyway diameters.  The outside the house of the bush is tapered to match the component bore that is to be found on the shaft.
 
Ubet Taper bushes is created from precision solid iron or carbon steel C45 with large high quality finish. They are broadly used to match into Sheaves, CZPT s,  Pins, V-belt Pulleys and Timing Pulleys.
